Candace Ryan has twenty years of experience as a professional in human
resources. Her areas of expertise include; international human
resource management, talent acquisition, employee relations and retention, employee assistance programming, workforce planning, management training and leadership development, and HR administration and information systems. In addition, she has
developed programs dealing with a variety of subject areas such as
corporate culture, managing change, performance management, team
development, interpersonal relations, and conflict management.
Candace has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work and a master's degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Employee Assistance Programming. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in MA. As a member of several professional societies and associations, she continues to pursue advanced training and education in her fields of practice.
Candace also provides group and individual sessions as a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, using the Grief Recovery Method.
